         MANY ROADS

There are many roads
to travel.
Which one do you take?
One with fewer turns
Well-worn path
No climbs or
mistakes.

Stay small
Keep quiet
Hide your light
Doesn't seem that bad.
Yet—
A feeling was rising
A nudge at your feet
This road boring
your thoughts on repeat.

Curiosity grew
Courage too
Ruckus maker—
You might
Turn around
Change direction
Permission you give
yourself—
Make the climb
You have what you
need inside

Stop the cycle
A choice to make
Great things
are yet to come
Adventure of life
is yours to hum.

Tell me what road will you choose today?
