The Comeback

Poem Out Loud
2

The poem today is from chapter eleven, The Comeback, from My Road: A Runner’s Journey Through Persistent Pain to Healing.

If you haven’t picked up the book and wondering if it’s for you check out some of the reviews here.

Have a great Thursday and thank you for listening in.

Poem of the Day:

Running is my buddy
Even when it's muddy
Some people think I'm crazy
But I wasn't born lazy

Running is for me
As far as I can see
I get to be who I am
It's my jam

I feel strong and free
YIPPEE!
