Nothing to Prove

Poem Out Loud
15

          Nothing To Prove

Feet carried by a
beautiful being along the
frozen stardust.
Strength, resilience,
love, and peace
move on the wind.
Nothing to prove—

Snowdrifts stand like
Igloos—protection, a
haven from the noise.
A way out—
always provided
God will never
let you down.

You’re invited to: Write Together Fridays—tomorrow 3/17/23, at 11 am (EST) on zoom.

Who’s it for— Folks who want dedicated time each week to write. Folks who need accountability to keep their bottom in the chair—to do the thing they said they wanted to do.

What’s it for— Write together to support and encourage each other to keep writing, to keep showing up.

Click the button below to join us! We look forward to seeing you.

Write Together Friday

“I’d accepted that running a marathon would be painful. I would hurt. I would get tired. My brain would tell me to slow down and would ask me why I was running.”
