Absolute stillness—
Snowflakes hug my eyelashes
and the mighty trees.
Joy is with me. 
I pick up the pace, 
clouds form with each
exhale. My arms and legs 
in sync. Keep going—
I say. 
Peace is with me.   
Country roads— wordless. 
The view is enough to find
joy and peace.
